1. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PAIR OF SHOES IF THEY DO NOT FIT ME?
Within fifteen days of delivery, you may exchange an unworn pair of shoes for a replacement if they do not fit you. Shoes must be in their original packaging, including all boxes, accessories, and paperwork provided by us.
Note: Exchange is only accepted if the shoe is in original condition with an intact tag. No exchange/return for shoes with broken tags.
2. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please call or email our customer executive at customerdelight@louisstitch.com. Please let us know why you are returning the item. If our customer satisfaction manager is pleased with the explanation, we will offer pick-up service at a chosen location based on the suitability of our couriers. You can self-ship the products to us if the pick-up option is not available where you are.
Note: Louis Stitch maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the return.
3. WHO BEARS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
Return shipping charges are born by us only if the product is in warranty. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit when the item is shipped by the customer.
4. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not provide refunds for the product since the product is custom made for you. However, in case on any manufacturing defect we will remake the shoe or provide store credit for you.
5. How many times can I exchange a product?
You may exchange an item only once. Once an exchange has been processed, the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.
6. Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Anything that has been bought on discount cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged. Please note: the exchange is only valid for ONE (1) time i.e. all items can only be exchanged once. Custom or bespoke orders made on special demands or with special customizations cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. WHAT TO DO IN CASE I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Within 24 hours of receiving the items, send us an email at customerdelight@louisstitch.com along with images if you chance to acquire any defective or damaged item(s). In order to address transit-related issues with third-party couriers, any damages upon delivery issue should be notified (through mail) within 24 hours or 1 day together with the images. We won't be able to open an investigation into a defective delivery if no images of damage are sent to us via email or WhatsApp (7827832027).

8. Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping is free to the customer.
9. Return Abuse Policy
Returning or exchanging for reasons other than manufacturing defects is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, LOUIS STITCH holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers.
10. Order Cancellations (When can I cancel my order?)
FOR COD- After receiving your order, our customer care team will contact you to confirm the order via email, phone, sms and whatsapp. If you do not respond to our order confirmation attempts, your order will be auto cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at customerdelight@louisstitch.com; or call or WhatsApp us at +91 7827832027 BEFORE your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once we dispatch the order, we won’t be able to accept any cancellation requests. You can MODIFY your order once at the time of confirmation call.
Disputes
To raise a dispute, please send an email to customerdelight@louisstitch.com. Your email must contain name of product, order ID along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 2 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 2 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of LOUIS STITCH.
Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions
All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags and damaged original packaging will not be accepted and no refund will be processed for such cases. LOUIS STITCH reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product. If we receive a returned item that doesn’t meet our above mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and no amount will be reimbursed.
Exchange process

Once you have initiated an exchange, our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information.
● In case your pincode is serviceable by our return courier partner, our delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of exchange request.
● Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that there is no damage to the product or packaging; and that the product has been returned in unused condition.
● Once the product is inspected successfully, the expected/ exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
● The complete exchange process may take between 1-2 weeks.
● The exchange can only be processed once.
● Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be converted to a refund/ return request.
Return & Refund process

Please ensure that there is someone home to handover the return. 3 attempts are generally made to pick up a return. It takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises.
● Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that there is no damage to the product or packaging and that the product has been returned in absolutely unused condition.
● Once the product is inspected and found to be in resalable condition, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
● Refunds can only be processed to your LOUIS STITCH e-Wallet.
