Size, Fit, Color or Quality Related issues: Please report the issue within 2 days (48 hrs) from the date of delivery. Make sure the product is in unused condition, the seal tag is intact with all the original packaging, else the product will not qualify for any replacement or return.
- a) Size or fit issue: Only one time replacement will be provided. Thereafter for any exchanges the buyer will have to bear all the logistics charges.
- b) Color or Quality issue: In case the color or quality is not as per the description, a replacement will be provided.
Manufacturing Defects: Defects like discoloration, sole cracks, leather cracks (not wrinkles), or stitching issues etc. to be reported within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- a) Such issue will qualify for free of cost repair, provided our Quality engineer certifies the issue as manufacturing defect, else the product will fall under wear and tear category.
- b) Once the issue is qualified as manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired to best resolve the issue.
