1) Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery
2) All Orders wherein FREE Products included are not eligible for Return
3) You have a window of fifteen days from the date of delivery to exchange an unworn pair of shoes for another size, In case they don't fit you.
